Cyprus has announced enhanced screening measures in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. If you travel to Cyprus after visiting or transiting mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Iran, Iraq, South Korea or northern Italy and are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, you may be asked to self-quarantine for 14 days. Turkish-Cypriot authorities may deny crossing into northern Cyprus if you have been to China, Iran, Iraq, South Korea or northern Italy within the last 14 days. Border closures are temporarily in place. Follow the advice of local authorities and check with the nearest embassy or consulate of Cyprus for entry requirements.
We haven’t changed our level of advice:
Exercise normal safety precautions in Cyprus.
