Only Estonian citizens, permanent residents or foreigners whose family members live in Estonia can enter. You must have insurance for the duration of your stay. You may transit Estonia if you’re not displaying symptoms of COVID-19. From 2 May, Estonia will relax some restrictions on outdoor activities. If you’re in Estonia and wish to return to Australia, do so as soon as possible by commercial means. If you’re remaining, follow the advice of local authorities and reduce your risk of exposure to COVID-19.
