Quarantine restrictions are still in place in Ukraine but conditions are easing. Foreigners are now allowed to enter Ukraine but must have valid health insurance. Authorities have indicated that insurance should cover COVID-19 treatment. Some international flights have resumed. Shops and businesses have reopened with social distancing protocols in place. You must wear a facemask in shops and on public transport. If you’re in Ukraine and wish to return to Australia, do so as soon as possible by commercial means.
We advise:
Do not travel to Ukraine.
